Description	ICON designed this 8,500 SF clubhouse for the use of all Brighton Bay property owners. It is segmented into 2 parts, one being a fitness center with rest rooms and locker rooms. The other side serves as a dining and social area. The center portion of the clubhouse is more like a covered porch and includes an outdoor fireplace. This area can be enclosed and used as additional overflow for larger social functions. Brighton Bay is located in Carolina Forest, SC (west of Myrtle Beach, SC).
