ICON was responsible for the design, development permitting, and construction administration of this air traffic control tower located on Hilton Head Island, SC. It was one of two ATCT's approved by the FAA post-911. The tower was completed 4 month's ahead of schedule and $83,000 under budget. The General Contractor was Shelco.
